Water is Magical

“Underwater photography has become a passion of mine over the past 10 years. The water and sensory deprivation it provides, allows me to focus innately on the photograph I’m creating. Being in the water of The Bahamas (where most of my open water shoots occur) also lends special meaning. When you’re in the ocean, you’re connected to all the open water on the planet, and I feel that energy contributes to my photographs.”

Kristina leads a yearly underwater photography and modeling workshop in The Bahamas for both aspiring underwater photographers and models. The week on a live-aboard dive boat is a rare collaborative experience where we can cumulatively create art in some of the most beautiful underwater locations in the world.
